T&J Fitness Pt

 

Welcome to T&J Fitness Pt, we are based near Stowmarket Suffolk. We offer 1:1 Personal Training sessions both in the gym, outdoors and in your own home. 1:1 sessions at T&J Fitness Pt are designed solely around you and what your goals are. The plan will be designed to fit around you, taking into account your hours of work, family commitments and the time you have available to train. All plans are regularly monitored and adapted as necessary to make sure you get the most from your workouts and make the best gains possible. We offer nutritional advice which will help you reach your goals, whether it is weight loss, muscle gain or endurance. Correct nutrition can make a huge difference to long term gains.

Discounted rates are available for block bookings, saving money long term.

If you prefer to workout with friends we offer group Pt fitness sessions up to a maximum of 4 people. T&J Fitness Pt will carry out initial health assesments and then a group pt plan will be drawn up for you. Some people prefer this method as it helps them to train alongside friends and keeps that fun competitive edge.

T&J Fitness Pt run regular outdoor fitness sessions and Bootcamps in various locations. Our Bootcamps are designed to challenge you but at the same time still be fun. All ages and abilities are welcome, but we do ask that under 16's are accompanied by a participating adult.
